Wanda Maximoff is one of the most powerful and devastating forces in the Marvel universe. She controls chaos magic and is able to manipulate probabilities and warp reality. Once thought to be the sister of Quicksilver and daughter to Magneto, the truth is she's the offspring of a prior Scarlet Witch and she's always at the center of major cataclysmic conflicts in the Marvel universe which is why Charles Xavier a.k.a. Here's the 5th card of 25 that I illustrated for Upper Decks 2018 Marvel Premier set. The Wasp a.k.a. Janet Van Dyne is a founding member of the Avengers along with Hank Pym aka Antman and the first one to call the group 'The Avengers'. After she convinced Antman to let her use 'pym particles' and undergo a medical procedure, she was able to shrink herself to a small size, grow wings and fire energy blasts which she dubbed 'wasp stings'. At one point in time, the Wasp was the leader of the Avengers. Whatever the threat, she packs quite a wallop for her diminutive size. #upperdeckmarvelpremiercardset2018 #JoshFigueroaIllustration
